Northern Virginia Real Estate - David Burrows Properties

1st Time Homebuyer Tips and Information

I've noted many people today when getting ready to purchase a house, often do things with almost a backward approach. In other words, things that should be first on the list are often relegated to third, fourth or fifth place, while first place is most often reserved for simply going house hunting.

I came across this two minute and twenty second Video today that explains the priority of things so well. Simply put, it is finance first. The truth is, until you have adequately dealt with your finance, you really should not be going house hunting.

I would urge you to take a moment and go view/listen to the excellent advice presented here: Tips for First Time Home Buyers . . . You'll need to know these facts about your finances before buying your dream home. This truly is FIRST PRIORITY!

Finally remember that knowledge can be power when endeavoring to buy or sell Real Estate. If I can help you in this process, please Write or Phone me.
